Radiela

100 years of progress by 2030

Radiela has created Aleph, a crystal ball into the laws of physics.

~

Scientific progress is not bottlenecked by intelligence, but by experimentation.

Labs are extremely slow, expensive, and error-prone.

Aleph is a program that can run lab experiments virtually, instantly, and more accurately.

It is universal: from water to transition states of open-shell macromolecular complexes.

~

Laboratory experiments are only needed to test new fundamental theories.

Yet most lab experiments aim to measure what quantum theory can already tell us.

We want to remove labs entirely from where labs are not needed.

Radiela’s goal is to enable humankind to access the better way to do science:

Aleph will turn all of applied science into a software problem.

~

We will use Aleph to internally research new inventions across all domains of applied science: new drugs, therapeutics, chemicals, and materials — in weeks, not years.

We are a highly interdisciplinary team driven by a deep sense of scientific curiosity.

Our organizational structure gives full autonomy and resources to our team members.

We seek exceptional ability with no predefined background.
